In honor of Vietnam Veteran's Day (March 29), local veterans came to talk to our 5th graders about their service in the military.

This morning many of our elementary classroom went 'live' with the Kids Fit "Fuel Your School" assembly. Spartans were able to learn about healthy snacks, do a circuit of exercise, and make their own banana & sunflower butter rollup.

🌟🎙️ Update from Exira-EHK High School Speech Team! 🎙️🌟
Our Speech Students ROCKED the State Speech competition today! 🏆 We're thrilled to announce that we earned 7 Division One Ratings and 3 Division Two Ratings! 🥇🥈 Tomorrow, we eagerly await the results to see if any of our talented individuals have been nominated for All-State at UNI! 🎉
As we wrap up the regular speech season, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to ALL our students who participated! 🌟 Whether they were first-timers or seasoned veterans, every single one of them showcased courage and talent by stepping onto that stage. 🎭💬
We couldn't be prouder of their growth and dedication throughout the season! 🙌 It's not easy to stand in front of judges and audiences, but these students did it with grace and determination. 💪 Let's give them all a round of applause for their incredible achievements! 👏
To our students: You are all STARS in our eyes! 🌟 Keep shining bright and never stop reaching for the stars. ✨ And to everyone else: Encourage your students to join speech! 🗣️ It's hard work, but the personal growth and confidence gained are priceless. As a coach, seeing our students evolve from shy to confident performers is the ultimate reward. 🌟🎉🎭
