The EEHK book fair is this week!! Please stop by the elementary school in Exira to check out our biggest book fair EVER! We will be open on Friday, November 21 from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 22 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The book fair will be held in the lunch room this year so you will have more space to shop!! Remember, a portion of all sales goes right back to the library to purchase new books for the elementary, middle school, and high school students!!! Thank you for supporting our school!!!

Halloween was full of festive fun for the elementary kids and staff. Specials teachers did fun activities, everyone paraded down to the Care Center in costumes, and our Friday celebration finished the month with Spartan Pride Certificates for 3-5th.





On Thursday our 3rd Grade Classes headed to Omaha to the Henry Doorly Zoo! They learned all about the animals and habitats.









Mrs. Dougherty's classes took a trip to the EH Public Library today!

On Tuesday Preschool-3rd graders were invited to the Elk Horn library for some Halloween fun! A big thanks to the library workers and volunteers!

Last Friday 3-5 put in pride tickets to the drawings and we also had our end of quarter bonus drawings!
